Six Pack Abs Workout

On this page I’ve prepared a quick exercise routine or six pack abs workout that you can put into action right now to get a six pack fast.

The main exercise you’re going to want to do are crunches. Below is a quick video that describes the process. However, contrary to what that guys doing DO NOT put your hands behind your head. Studies have shown that it can cause long term problems as it places unnecessary stress on your neck.

Crunches are basically the only exercise you really need to do for your six pack abs workout. Unless you want to mix it up you don’t NEED to use a gym ball and all of those other wierd and wonderful machines.

If you want to know how to get a six pack fast however, (just like I did) you’re gonna have to learn that there’s more to it than just doing crunches. You’ll need to make some changes to your diet and do other cardio exercises to burn off the excess fat.
