How to Get a Six Pack Fast – My Story

Thought I’d share my *uncensored* six pack story with you all:

The ups, the downs, all the stuff I tried – what didn’t work and finally the one six pack program that did…

My story of when I first wanted a six pack starts back in High School…

I was really skinny, about as far away from a football player as you could get, none of the girls liked me and generally I just felt like crap. I figured that my physique was the problem and so I set out to bulk up.

But that was a stupid idea, I wasn’t into protein shakes and going to the Gym for hours a day to ‘pump iron’. Tried it and hated it. Instead I wanted something that was attainable, good looking and natural. I didn’t want to be a bodybuilder here…

So, I decided I wanted a six pack. I wanted to be ripped. I spent many years searching for how to get a six pack fast and failed with pretty much every program.

Those exercise tapes sucked, results from only 20 minutes work a day – Yeah right! And I didn’t have time to do a ridiculous 2 hours worth of crunches every morning.

I tried those supplements and pills too. Yeah I know, BAD idea, guilty as charged. Anyway, once again no results. A quick note to anyone considering trying them: Don’t. They’re awful, gave me mood swings and they’re just generally bad for you. Anything unnatural is usually really bad for you.

I tried extreme “get a six pack fast” diets too. And believe it or not, they did work… kind of. You see, one of the main things preventing guys from having a six pack is the little (or big) layer of fat over your abdominal muscles. No matter how skinny you are (I looked like a twig) you probably still have this layer. Anyway, so the extreme diets do help to remove it.

But the diets were too much for me. I can’t eat the same crappy food all day every day, not only to get on in the first place but in order to maintain the 6 pack you’d have to keep doing it.

Anyway, I gave my “6 pack quest” up for a few years, convinced that it was just a dream. Until one day after surfing I was talking to this guy I see down there sometimes, John Kern and I started asking how he got his six pack…

I mean, last time I saw him he didn’t have one. Long story short and a 1 hour conversation later he told about this get a six pack fast program  on the internet.

It’s called the truth about six pack abs, so I figured I may aswell check it out and man am I glad I did. It didn’t work quite as well as it was advertised on the site but within just two weeks I could see the faint outline of a six pack… And I’d hardly changed anything about my schedule.

Four weeks later and I was ripped.

How to Get a Six Pack Fast – 3 Tips

Hey, George here with my 3 biggest tips for any guy looking for get a six pack fast…

Get a Six Pack Fast Tip #1:  Do Crunches

There’s no two ways about it. If you want a six pack then you’re gonna have to work those abdominal muscles. Don’t do what I did though. Go slow. Start with just 50 a pop even if feel like you could do 100 because waking up the next morning feeling like crap is one sure way to kill your exercise motivation. Also, make sure you do side crunches because going straight up won’t trim all of the ab muscles.

Get a Six Pack Fast Tip #2: Crunches alone will NOT get you a six pack

This is going to sound stupid since the last tip was all about doing crunches but while they are a key element you will need to do other stuff.

Why? Because in order to actually see that six pack you have to trim off that top layer of fat. Even if you’re skinny, chances are there’s still a little strip of fat preventing you from actually seeing the six pack. Even though you might have one underneath.

So what else can I do other than crunches and stomach exercises? Cardio. Not alot but you’ll need to do SOME cardio, that means running or cycling (I personally prefer cycling – more fun).

Diet. No I don’t mean any extreme diets (I tried pretty much all of them and got no results by the way). I mean, just eat healthier, like more salads and less pizzas. Although, a home made pizza can actually be a very healthy meal, providing pepperoni isn’t the only topping!

Get a Six Pack Fast Tip #3: Follow the truth about six pack abs program

Don’t just buy it. Really commit to the program, if you’ve bought it then you’ll know that you don’t actually need to do much work anyway. Just keep it consistent, follow the simple step by step guide and you will see unbelievable results. Just like I did.

This is probably the most important of the three tips by the way, because if it hadn’t been for Mike’s unbelievable program, I’d still only be dreaming about my beautiful six pack and this blog would’ve never been created.

So, there you have my three biggest tips on how to get a six pack fast. Follow them and you’ll be well on your way to a glorious washboard abdominals.

Why Does Everyone Want to Get a Six Pack Fast?

Today I want to talk about something important…

What is the obsession with six packs? Why do so many guys want to know how to get a six pack fast?

Well, I can only speak from personal experience but if we think about the ‘fast’ part first… Well obviously getting something sooner is a heck of a lot better than getting it later. Also, many guys want to get one for the summer, I know I did anyway, so there’s kind of a time limit by which time you want to have one.

And so why the obsession with 6 packs and ripped abs?

Maybe it’s for the girls. I mean yeah, the ladies love my six pack. It’s gotten me so much attention over the past few months it’s crazy. And attracting more women is definetly one of the main reasons I decided I wanted one in the first place…

But is there something more, Yeah I think there is.

A 6 pack does so much for you that it would be impossible to name everything here. So I’ll try to sum it up… having a great body gives you an overall better quality life. I’ve got so much more confidence now it’s fantastic, and then there’s the feeling of pride I get whenver I go out… You’re elite, you’re fit and healthy in a society filled with an increasing number of ‘macdonalds eaters’.
